City Newspaper was quick to post the primary outcome as an upset (for incumbent Williams).
D&C Newspaper followed suit the next day with its coverage and a pair of editorials: one on September 14 and the second on September 18. Likewise, the Urban Education in Rochester blog bemoans the low voter turnout.
Days after the Primary, Willa’s name was invoked in this City Newspaper blog. We don’t have an opinion on the matter. We’re just reporting it.
Smugtown Beacon offers some commentary/analysis on primary winner Mary Adams in this immediate post-primary period as well.
Finally, here is a link to an RIT student’s class project: an interview with candidates for elected office. They have their own page on VoteUpNY.com.
