The Mayor and RCSD: It’s all anyone is talking about

Because Mayor Lovely Warren initiated a call to action for state takeover of the City School District, that is all anyone wants to talk about when I canvas door-to-door.

This lead to both the Democrat and Chronicle editorial board here and MaryAnna Towler at City Newspaper here
to take up the cry.

But from my perusal of the comment sections, their readers, and the Rochester public are overwhelmingly opposed to any state takeover scheme, just as they were opposed to mayoral control arguments in the past.

More to the point, there is no legislation before our legislature to act upon. Read Warren continues to push for change in school governance :
